Q. How long does it take to apply for finance?
A. You can apply on-line via our secure online application form, this will normally take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete, or you can also apply for Finance over the phone by calling 1300 360 450.
Q. When will I know if my loan application has been approved?
A. In most cases we'll have an answer on your Finance Application within 24-48 hours.
Q. Can you arrange Insurances for my purchase?
A. Yes, we have a large range of Insurance products designed to protect your investment.
Q. I wanted to ask a few questions before I apply for Finance.
A. Simply call 1300 360 450 7 days a week and talk to one of our Finance Consultants who can help you with any queries you might have.
Q: Do I have to be full time employed to qualify for a Loan Approval?
A: Not necessarily , whilst full time employment is preferable, we can obtain Finance Approvals for part time and casual employees, as well as the self employed.
Q: I've never had Finance before, will this be a problem?
A: No, whilst some lenders may request a co-borrower or gaurantor, we will always try to obtain a Finance Approval in for you in your name only.
Q: I'm currently in Australia on a temporary working visa, will qualify for a Finance Approval?
A: Unfortunately you need to be a permanant resident or citizen to obtain a Loan Approval.
Q: What sort of documents or information will I need to supply?
A: You will need to supply proof of income, normally this is just a couple of recent payslips or if you are self employed we will need your last 2 years financials and Tax Returns. You will also need to supply some identification, this is a copy of your drivers licence and medicare card etc. You may also need to supply some recent Bank & Loan statements.
Q. I have had some problems with credit in the past, can you help?
A. It depends on the type of loan you want and what credit problems have been listed on your credit file. Probably best to call 1300 360 450 and talk to one of our Finance consultants who can assess your individual situation.
Q: I'm self employed and have no proof of my income, can you help me get a Loan?
