A: No, unfortunately you need to have been discharged from Bankruptcy
Q: Can I apply for a Personal Loan or a Consolidation Loan?
A: No, if you are a discharged Bankrupt, you can only apply for a Car Loan.
Q: Where can I purchase my new car?
A: Your new vehicle needs to be purchased from a licensed motor dealer.
Q: What sort of car can i buy? New or Used?
A: You can purchase either a new or a used car.
If you are buying a used car it needs to be built no earlier than 2002.
Q: I am 20 years old, can I get a bad credit car loan?
A: Unfortunately you need to be at least 23 years old to qualify for a Ex Bankrupt Car Loan.
Q: I have had some credit problems since my Bankruptcy, can I still apply for a Car Loan?
A: Sorry, you need to have a clear credit rating after Bankruptcy.
